  1. Create Invoice from Woocommerce when order is created not Completed

    I would like repairshopr to receive an invoice from woocommerce when the order is created so when customer requires invoice for payment or backorder we can still invoice them and when the order is paid is shows on repairshopr so we can also print packing slips before shipping as currently we have to wait for the order to be complete before the invoice shows in repairshopr

  2. I would like to be able to add worksheets to inventory items then have customizable item templates.

    Could make custom worksheets for example when I want to sell a computer.

    I can make a worksheet that lets me input OS, RAM, HDD size, GPU, PSU, etc etc.

    Then make customizable inventory item templates just like we have for tickets, intake, outtake, invoices, etc.

  4. Ability to link Marketr emails to tickets

    Hi,
    Please add the ability to link Marketr emails to tickets.

    This is to keep the conversation linked to the ticket in Repairshopr.

    Especially relevant should there be ongoing issues that need to be resolved after the customer responds to a follow-up email.

  5. Recurring Invoicing - Ninja RMM

    It would be amazing if we could have the following for recurring invoicing:

    • Ninja asset live updates (delete an asset out of ninja, that syncs to RS and also deletes from assets)

    • Import Ninja asset types (windows server, windows workstation, windows laptop, mac desktop, mac laptop, etc).

    • In recurring invoicing, allow us to use the asset counter and map a charge to several Ninja asset types (IE Workstation Support line item counts Ninja windows workstation, windows laptops, etc).

    We charge different rates for servers and workstations so the ninja counter is useless as is. Even if we wanted to do…

    Having the the invoices which are associated with the product on the products page.

    I think i would be easier to track certain invoices if we cant remember the customers name we can search the product they bought instead.

  7. Add Ticket Charges WHILE Viewing Ticket

    Just moved the company to repairshopr and we are all loving it. Was able to kick QuickBooks and get everything in a single one stop solution.

    Right now when you go to add charges to a ticket you aren't able to refer to ticket notes/comments. It brings up a window that adds a white screen to the background where you could view the ticket and you can't view any of the ticket information while adding charges.

    I regularly use information from the notes in the tickets while adding charges to the ticket. I don't want ALL the notes that are…

  8. Integration with FreedomVoice

    We would love to see an integration for FreedomVoice the way that Free PBX works. When a caller calls in, it would be nice to have RepairShopr see that incoming call and list information on our screen to directly open the client's account.

    Freedomvoice has provided me a link to their WebService API (SOAP based API).

  9. Pending Ticket Charges Parts Details on Report

    Data would be more meaningful it the details of the pending ticket charges included the list of parts and not just the value. Especially beneficial when counting inventory. To have a report of items that have been added to tickets and no longer available for sale.

  10. Show inventory ON HAND qty next to line item parts in ESTIMATES

    When building estimates and quotes.. it would be very helpful to have ON HAND QTY info available for parts in the line item. The benefits for this are numerous. It will assist in knowing the correct part was chosen, if the order will be short, assist in order planning, allow users to chose a different part that is in stock, eliminate the time needed to physically check stock, assist in discovering inventory discrepancies, and more.

    A BCC field in Marketr will enable us to send an email to Trust Pilot to automatically ask the customer to review us. At the moment we cannot easily do this .

  14. Within the Z Report-

    We need a field within our Z Report that shows when there is an online payment and the amount. There are times I have multiple online payments and I see no easy way to know which ones they are.

    I can't believe I'm the only one that would think this is a necessity.

  15. inventory product photos tag to be included in estimate template

    Some customer cant understands estimate line item description. Please add "inventory product photos tag" into estimate template to customize an estimate to include photo under each line item to give a more precise idea to the customer about what things are in the forecast.

    Add check boxes to the line items in the invoice creation screen so multiple items can be added at once. Sometimes I don't want to add all of the customers line items, but having the screen refresh after every item I add one by one is extremely tedious.

  17. copy "original submission" customer info from the lead into a private note in ticket.

    When a customer submits a lead using a phone number or email address that is a match for an existing account, it's really easy to lose the new information they provided. We've had cases where one person was working for two different locations and entering the address they wanted to have thing returned to in this field, then there is no record of it after the ticket is created.   19. Sync Customer Purchases, Refurbs, and Parts used in Refurb to Quickbooks Online

    I will start by saying that I LOVE the customer purchases module of RepairShopr. The way that I can buy something from a customer, move it to refurb, add parts to the refurb, and then add the product to my inventory is really great. LightSpeed had nothing like this and it was a major issue.

    However, there is one major flaw:
    A) When I buy something from a customer and add it to inventory it does not adjust the inventory quantity in Quickbooks Online but it does get added into the inventory in RepairShopr.

  20. Allow editing/deletion of recurring tickets

    We need to be able to edit/delete recurring tickets. In my experience, the tickets are not set up correctly or the customer has cancelled service and no longer needs a ticket.
