    I'm surprised there aren't more votes for this, unless there's another duplicate request I didn't see.

    Being able to add color codes to the Open Ticket Dashboard has been great, but all custom ticket status entries are just white - I'm sure the majority of users out there have custom statuses.

    I hope this is implemented soon. It will make a huge impact on user experience.

    A place to change the numerical value of whatever the current dropdowns are sorted by.

    Or, at least, just default to alphabetize as the post suggests would be amazing!
