We do plan to do this eventually, it is pretty far down our list at the moment. Maybe if it gets closer to 50 votes it could happen in a few months.

Could this also be integrated into ticket dashboard timers / ticket sla timers by pausing time to diagnose/ time to first response ext when out of work hours?
