    I would like you to alphabetize all these types list. Just some that come to mind. Sure makes it easier to find things.

    Ticket Issue Types
    Ticket Custom Field Types
    Asset Types

    For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer
