    Still hoping for this feature. We have had a couple of times where the tech did not realized the support was for in-shop and headed out to the customer's site (already knew the address) only to realize it was a remote session.

    We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.

    We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.

    +1 My goal in life it to get rid of paper. Filing hassles, paper costs, ink costs, yadda yadda.

    Hey Traci – we are getting ready for stock takes v2 and wanted to check in on this.

    So – you have 5 hard drives, you put 1 on an invoice for a customer and put it in their computer.

    At this moment the inventory level is at 4.

    You go to do a stock take, there are 4 on the shelf.

    Where is the issue?

    What if any appointment that had a location specified we could calculate the road-miles from your office to there, and put that in a report?

    A little simpler than doing real vehicle/person tracking, still gets you pretty good data – and would be more realistic for us to quickly build.

    I would be ecstatic to see a report like this. It currently takes me 1-1 1/2 hours every pay cycle to calculate 4 technicians mileage for reimbursement costs and we just added a 5th tech. If I was able to run a mileage report for each tech, that would save me an enormous amout of time each month.

    For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer
