    You can use all the tags available for the ticket template.
    Go to /templates/ticket, click 'Edit Ticket Template' and you will see the list.
    e.g.
    {{customer_name}}, {{ticket_problem}}, {{ticket_subject}}

    Hello,
    Now you can turn it on on the /apps/woocommerce_settings page, just click on "Send Woocommerce the total available stock count from all locations instead of just the stock from the selected location"
