  2. New ticket screen should show tech name instead of tech email. Same with Assigned Tech field

    This would be huge. We are a Yelp favorite, and that is where we direct people to leave reviews for us. I think I can create a small logo for yelp and manually html code it in the template, but I bet more people would be interested than just my company.
