    You can create your own status'. We had the same issue when initially having Repairshopr a few years ago. Create your own ticket status.

    Ours are as follows:

    "New" - (New Job/Ticket)
    "In Progress" - (Job/Ticket being worked on)
    "Waiting on Customer" - (Waiting for customer to approve work)
    "Waiting on Part" - (as it says)
    "Invoiced" - (We don't leave it on this we then change it straight away to "RFC")
    "RFC" or "Completed" - (Ready For Collection - is a set of shelves we have for devices/item to go on until the device is paid for and collected. Once paid we change it to resolved)
