    Also, add ticket number on the part order page... just display it. We use the ticket number as the PO for Amazon and other suppliers.

    I agree. I find my techs all the time are not taxing invoices correctly. There is no tax on labor, but if that Virus removal is coupled with a ram upgrade, we have to tax everything. I wish this was automatic.
