agreed, this is needed to use the lead process correctly, as per repair tickets if a customer replies to a lead email, it should change the lead status so its easy to see what lead needs to be viewed and responded to, without going through all the leads manually

we also have this problem, I think the easiest development fix would be ... if part location was an available tag, we could add it to the invoice or estimate to make it easy to pick parts
