There needs to be a way to do the following:
1) Lay out the steps required to complete the repair (Order new LCD screen, Order new hinges, Received LCD, receive hinges, replace the LCD, replace the hinges, complete system repair, return to customer).
This project management process would walk the techs through the steps, i.e. Order parts, receive parts, repair system)
Ideally once the parts are received the system would be next on the list for repair.
