    Content Filtering via DNS and also I think they have agents that can be installed. I've implemented it before, and it has some nice reporting and is a good way to go about doing web filtering/monitoring if you don't have an appliance that can do this for you (or don't like how its done...aka SonicWall).

    I agree, I have to send my invoice out ahead of time for some clients because they pay with checks, and used the heck out of FreshBooks variables.

    Agreed, it's a cheaper alternative to ITGlue and fills a void in RS. Having a secure place to store information, and have it attach to assets and even contacts (since MB supports both) would be a very nice integration
