CUSTOM WORKFLOW BETA ENHANCEMENT
ALLOW CUSTOM TICKET WORKFLOW TO START WITH "ASSET" SELECTION. CURRENTLY ADDING THE ASSET SECTION ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO CREATE A NEW ASSET. SELECTING AN ASSET SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY INPUT CUSTOMER DATA. (WE WORK ON THE SAME ASSETS OVER AND OVER)

Custom email sender for each module (Service, Invoice, Estimates)
Currently all email communication from RS comes from the same mailbox which means that a client responding to an invoice, estimate or a service ticket will get their response dumped into the service desk.
My suggestion is that each module have a customization setting to allow a different sender address. For example, I may provide accounting@mycompany.com for invoices, Sales@mycompany.com for estimates and support@mycompany.com for service.A more advanced suggestion would be to have the option to send email as the logged in user. So I could send the estimate as from me@mycompany.com or from the global setup for sales. (…

Make Customer Unique ID Visible and Searchable
Could you please look at making the Customers Unique ID Visible and searchable in the system.
This would help a great deal as I could give my customers this as a reference for making payments and when doing the reconcile with Xero I would be sure of posting to the correct account.10 votes -

Double click blank space on Calendar to initiate a new appointment setup which will give an option to create a new ticket tied to a customer (and fill out he appointment data for the slot that was just clicked) OR just enter some info (not tied to a customer)

Place deposit on customer account (not on ticket)
I'd like the ability to make a deposit from the customer account screen. We take deposits when customers make appointments, and we'd rather not have to make a ticket for this. We've been using the payments feature, but that makes billing clunky. It would be nice if when you got to invoicing it would detect store credit, or a deposit and it would automatically apply it. In other shop management programs there is usually a check box that says "Do not apply credit" if the customer doesn't want to use their deposit.

Making updates/notifications obvious on each ticket in tickets module
Summary:
Putting some sort of notification flag on tickets on the tickets module would be nice.So, maybe if there's a ticket that has a notification sitting in my repairshopr notifications inbox, then that ticket also has a flag / notification of some sort making it stand out in the tickets module.
And then to have the option where viewing this ticket and/or acknowledging the notification on the ticket (from my account), would get rid of the notification in my Repairshopr notifications inbox.

Sync Customer to Toggl
When RepairShopr creates a new project in Toggl, it includes the ticket number and customer name in the project name, but leaves the Toggl Client field unpopulated, which means you can't run reports by customer in Toggle. It would be great if the Client field in Toggle was populated with the Customer field from RepairShopr (and a new customer created if necessary), and optionally, if the project name in Toggl included the Subject from the RepairShopr ticket rather than the customer name.

Add a quick close feature in leads.
We have a lot of informational alerts coming into our leads (Via our support email) We want to retain these alerts for historical purposes, however it can become tedious to create a call out of the lead then mark the call as resolved.

Deposits to Invoice instead of Payment Screen
Currently, when going through the deposit taking workflow, you're taken directly to a payment form once the amount of the deposit has been entered, or a preset deposit selected.
We like to include notes about what it is our customers are paying for on the invoice, how long the warranty will be, etc. It is impossible to have predefined deposits for the wide array of parts that we might order, for example.With the current system, my technicians are supposed to disregard the default payment screen, go over to invoices, and then input notes before processing payment.

hide ticket automations
The ticket automations are ok, but they don't work all that well for allowing users to see the actual important information in ticket threads.
It would be crucial to be able to hide the ticket automation automated posts since those are just system log info that we don't need.
It makes it very difficult to actually read the tickets when the info is buried in the 'system log' readouts of the automations dumping text in the tickets.

Add item to bundle by scanning its barcode
The bundling interface does not appear to allow us to add items to a bundle via a barcode scan. It would be great if we could quickly build a custom bundle by scanning in all the items that comprise it. Even better would be the ability to track serialized items that have been put into a bundle.

Apply Contract Pricing Discounts to Product Categories
Hey everyone, lets talk about Contract Pricing and discounts.
I have a ton of items in product categories, and some of my customers get a discount based on the product category, which we try and handle through Contracts.
Here's a scenario:
I have a customer that resells small cylinders of gas that we manufacture in house. My margin on these is decent, so they get 30% off our list pricing of any gas. The problem is that there are something like 300 SKUs easily in this category. I can't add all of these manually every time we get set up…
