  1. grouping of charges on recurring invoices

    We utilize the recurring invoice feature a lot. Throughout the month, we open, work on, and resolve tickets for a client on a per incident basis. We put charges on the tickets, then they get accumulated to the recurring invoice that runs on the first.

    My feature suggestion is that the invoices be formatted so that charges from those tickets get grouped and labeled according to the ticket number and name. This way when a customer gets an invoice with 20+ charges grouped by ticket and not just jumbled up. I know that we can put descriptions on the charges,…

  2. Device Repair Widget for Mobile Browsing

    Most of our customers go to our website on the mobile phone, and it is almost impossible to use the current Device Repair Widget on a Mobile Phone.

    If you could make it mobile friendly that would rock. We would see a big uptick in Online Bookins.

  3. there should be a way to move estimate or invoice charges to a linked ticket

    Charges should be able to be copied to a linked ticket so if we make an estimate or invoice, say for a new system, then open a ticket to do the work involved in installing, the equipment charges can show up there, indicated that they are already invoice, just for consistency purposes.

  4. Ability to adjust Ticket # on new ticket screen.

    We have thousands of pre printed tickets with numbers already on them. We would like the ability to adjust the ticket number while we are creating the ticket to match. Also, it would be nice to have different ticket number ranges depending on the ticket type. For instance, a remote support session creates a ticket in the 1000 range, while a virus repair creates one in the 10,000 range.

  5. Prevent RS from sync inactive Xero inventory items

    Xero have recently added the ability to make inventory items inactive. It would be great if RS would honour this when it sync's items. So any inactive items in Xero do not show or sync to RS.

    Would be very useful for us as we use inventory items in Xero to map sales in RS to certain sales accounts to make sense of our profit and loss.

  6. Allow customisation of invoice line items

    I would like to be able to change the fields shown for each line in estimates and invoices, so, for example, I can remove the Item field, add a line total (inc tax) field, etc. Just to allow us to make slightly nicer presented invoices for consumer customers who don't need to worry about ex tax prices.

  7. Book appointments for different calenders

    In the appointments app you should be able to create different widgets attached to different calender's. You should also be able to set different appointment variables for different calendar's.

    I.E can have a calendar for Out-Calls & one for In-Calls with different parameters.

    Is it possible to select which type of payment prints a receipt? For example, we do not want to print receipts for cash transactions unless requested.

  9. Add Has-Image (or similar) column to the Inventory Export CSV

    There is no column in the exported inventory from which to view this data. How can I tell which items have images and which items don't without opening all the items.

    Entries need to sometimes be edited or deleted, and the current configuration doesn't allow that.

  12. Please add Date of Payment to the invoice list.

    At the moment I can see:
    INV Number, Name, Status, Payment taken, Reflective in xero, inv date created, description, amount and reference.
    I'd really like to be able to see the date the invoice was paid, for reconciling purposes.

  13. Marketr Issues and Improvements

    The Marketr section is a good idea, but really needs some care and attention to be truly useful. There are so many reasons that bulk emails should be sent to specific groups of customers, but the allowed parameters for doing this are simply not good enough.

    Recently, I linked the API for the leads section to online enquiries I get on my website, and we work on closing the sale through the leads section. If the customer comes in, we convert the lead to a customer/ticket. If the customer doesn't come in within the next week, I then would like…

  15. Report to show parts ordered and if they were put on a ticket

    It would be great to have a report that showed the parts ordered through logistics and if they were added to to a ticket or not.

    This would give me a very quick glance of what one off ordered products we should have in stock for a given time.

  16. Payment report CSV same as on-screen report

    Could the payment report that is displayed on screen also be exported to csv with the same details. Currently the report displays customer name. When exported the report displays the Repair Shopr Customer account number.

  17. Use Branded Team Viewer Links

    We are starting to use Team Viewer, and have set up our brand on their site. However, the link that RepairShopr uses gives the client a generic, non-branded form of the software. We were hoping we could provide the link to our branded software, so that the customer would get Team Viewer with our brand on it.

    We also need it to track the ticket number on the Team Viewer dashboard, which my boss has stated is critical.

  18. Sort daily payments by time of payment.

    The daily payments have no discernible order that they sort in. Having them sort by time of payment would be helpful.

    The map report is great but it would be good if the customer account had a link to show on that customer on a google map. Ideal for printing off directions.

    On the Customer page you should be able to click the address and have it open Google maps. Is that what you mean?

  20. changing invoice template main catergories

    Please add ability to change the main categories of the template. Instead of name and description we would like ID and Description Since in our case the item and description are the same.
