Purchase order number & Supplier Dropdown list of suppliers when ordering a spare part
We buy a lot of one off parts from the same supplier(s) for laptops e.g. screen hinges, plastics, keyboards etc for customer repairs, but when it comes to the accounts team reconciling the parts purchases, it wastes time because they dont know where we bought them from or what purchase order number was used to buy them. Can these be added? or if these 2 fields cant be added then maybe a better idea would be to tag a customers ticket id to a line purchase in the Purchase Order system.
Or maybe suggest another way.

It would be helpful to have more customization under security groups.
I mostly want more reports to not require globe admin to be uses by any employee. I would like to see inventory stock out report. so my teach can know what to order better.

Ability to add blank lines in between line items on invoices
It would be nice to have the ability to add blank lines in between line items. At times it's easier to read for some folks, instead of having a huge block of numbers and text.

Allow invoice to add parts/labour from dropdown/category.
The invoice screen seems to be missing the feature where you can drill down on the category and hit search to choose an item?
It would be nice to replicate the way the inventory search works.As an example, lets say we have separate inventory items for 30 different types of Mac repairs (we might be doing this for reporting/Domo integration)
How can the tech be expected to know what to search for, or what other type of repair meets the work they have actually done?
Allowing them to search and narrow down by categories would be good.

It would be great if we could simply send a quick text to customers through their info page. Such as New>SMSText>"Your special order came in" or whatever reason.

logistics Activity
It would be helpful to have activity tracking for Logistics like we have in other screens. Especially for managers and such to see things staff has done. I regularly notice employees are making manual edits to orders due to a number of reasons but I have no way to document or verify I am correct.

More information in contact area
It would be great if within the contacts area a POSITION (owner, manager,etc) and a general NOTE area could be added as contact fields. We deal as I'm sure others do, with multiple contacts and knowing their position within the company would be great!

Rearrance invoice columns
How can I rearrange the invoice columns? I want Quantity before Unit Cost so my guys in the warehouse can see Item#, Desc, Quantity more easily and just ignore the last two columns Unit Cost and Line Total. I went into the template source but it only rearranges the headers and not the line items.
Alternatively, some kind of packing list would be great that has its own template and prints just Item#, Desc, and Quantity (and maybe even "Location")

Customer Purchase Delay
In Texas, we are required by law to report every purchase and sit on it for two weeks. We use LeadsOnline to report, which law enforcement uses when items are reported stolen.
This request is two parts. Option 1 should be easy for you to implement.
When a customer purchase is complete, we need a two week reminder after purchase. What I would like is a ticket to be automatically created 14 days after purchase.

Button to Switch between Customers Name and business Name in android app
When on the main Screen the have a setting to switch between business name and the customers name. this should make it easier to find which business you need to contact.

Filtered stock list from Inventory
It would be great to be able to create a PDF list of selected inventory products.
We currently use an Excel sheet to store all information on our available refurbished iPhones. one of the main reasons is that it is easy for us to filter down each column to provide customers with a tailored view of our current stock. For example, we can create a quick PDF pricelist of all available iPhone 6, Unlocked, Space Grey, Grade A devices.

variable prices on certain products
variable prices on certain products, Example I don't want my employees adjusting prices of a Hard Case but if a customer came in to pay there local water bill 45.32 we need to type that in. other than add Manual item.

When I start a diagnosis on a ticket, one of the first few things I do is run their email address through haveibeenpowned to see if their info has become compromised. If it has I have a template that I use to send them an email to notify them. Utilizing this process has helped me to set myself apart from my local competition and further establishes trust with my clients.

It would be great if you could integrate with this fantastic document and knowledge management system. If you have never heard of it give it a go as an on-premise hosted licence is $10 (one-off) after the trial. It is the best system of its type that we've tried and is the central hub of our knowledge system.
