  1. Change Home (Accounts) to Dashboard in page title

    When loading my account, it brings me to the home screen. But the home screen is titled "Accounts." I'd rather it be titled "Dashboard" or "Home" to make it easier to navigate and hold the place when multiple tabs are open.

  2. rename attachments

    Customers often send us email attachments with generic names like Scan0001 or whatever their copy machine defaults to. It would be nice to be able to rename the attachments on the tickets so we can identify what it is. It gets very confusing especially when we have a few documents attached to a ticket, and downloading them, renaming them, deleting the old one from the ticket, and re-attaching is very tedious.

  3. PayFast Integration

    Hi, We tried to use PayPal for our payment method, but because we are using ZAR currency, they can not use PayPal. As it does not support this currency. We would love to integrate PayFast instead of PayPal so that people can make payment on thier invoices through bitcoin or credit card payments using a secure platform.

  4. Integration with Time IQ Time tracker software.

    I use Time IQ as my timetracking software as it is far more versitile than Toggl. Can you create a way of integrating so that when a ticket is created it also creates a project in Time IQ? Also it would be very useful to have the project time in Time IQ transfer over to the ticket in much the same way as it does with Toggl, but also showing which worker was responsible for that time.   7. csv report function for the adjustments of the point of sale register.

    please create a function to download the records of cash adjustments on the register, i'm sure a lot of us need to download this and categorize cash expenses. at the moment i have download each html page for the period or month i need and then combine that into one large html file and then convert it into csv, so much hassle. help us out. also if you download the "sales detail report" in csv, it leaves out the date section. come on RS.

  8. Add beta switch to users

    Can we add in Security Groups a button to allow people in that group to access the beta UI switch? It would be really useful for a select admin group to have the Beta UI switch. Thank you

  10. Set an option to export Return Requests

    In our stores, we send returns to a 'Returns' location to be processed by a staff member. He then places stock into the returns manager based on supplier. If we were able to export an RMA request as a CSV and include an option to add a fault to each product.

  11. Make a reporting feature to show number of items per invoice

    This would help to see how effective we are at upselling accessories. We have a goal of averaging 1.5 items per invoice, but it is currently too hard to track.

  12. option to disable stale tickets

    We trigger everything on due dates. Stale tickets are not meaningful as we have tickets created days or weeks in advance of when they are due.
    The ability to disable stale tickets in the ticket view (not the dashboard) would be helpful. Even better would be if all the color customizations available in the new dashboard were also available in the ticket view.

  14. Create the ability to merge invoices

    I would love the ability to merge multiple invoices from one ticket together, instead of sending the client a "crap load" of invoices for one job. This would be so gr8!

  15. Can't Add Existing Asset To Ticket

    With the new layout for the Tickets, there is no option to select an asset that is already in the system for that costumer. The only way we can find the asset is by typing in the name but this does not always work. Some costumers have multiple computers of the same model so we wouldn't be able to see the serial number until we selected one and then we'd have to clear out the asset we chose and try and find the correct one making more work for us. There is also the possibility that someone spelled the name…

    I think it would be nice to either be able to break out Customer and Company. or at least be able to have different fields for them. That was I don't have to try and sort by email address when trying to find a certain customer within a company.
