Create individual POS sign in security
I would like the option to set a security feature to where any time you go to check a customer out, you are prompted with a PIN code that will change it over to the employee that is checking them out instead of the last person that is signed in. This will force the individual to log in to their sign in instead of trusting them to switch the user every time. I would like this so I do not have to leave my manager log in up at all times and/or have someone change a transaction under mine or anyone elses name.

is this security feature active since it is marked as completed? If so, how do I activate it? I want the employee to have to use a pin to authenticate all inventory and sales transactions so we can make sure they are not logged in under someone else that did not log out?Thanks

I second this. It is an issue with technicians remembering to switch user names. The pin feature is great, but I need it to require them to enter their pin. It would be nice if there was an auto sign out timer after a certain amount of time that we can manually set.

This would be a great feature. We have many people using the same terminal and it is inefficient to sign out each time and creates a security issue for the employees that walk away.
I think the pin prompt should determine who is shown that tendered the transaction. This could also be applied to inventory changes, etc.
