Mailing Label

Add a mail or address label to the print options. Sometimes we have to mail an invoice, letter or estimate to a client and it would be nice to be able to just print the label from the drop down option. It could be done using the same size labels we use for asset, customer and tickets now.

    This current solution is a p[aliative one. the shipping label should present:

    From:
    Contact Name
    Company Name
    Street Address
    City, State, Zip

    To:
    Contact Name
    Company Name
    Street Address
    City, State, Zip

    I don't believe there are no other people in need of this feature!!!!

    There really needs to be an option to print mailing labels from the invoice screen, and also to bulk print labels when doing batch invoicing. All of our invoices go out via snail mail (that we send, not the service) and we do batch invoicing twice a month. We can bulk print invoices, but not the mailing labels, which is a real pain.

    There are 2 customer labels, one can be put on an envelope to mail them a letter - one can be put on the bottom of a machine to identify them. It's better to use a customer label than a ticket label for repeat devices so you don't have to constantly replace the label...

    What does old address label look like because, i find the current print label basically useless, not sure where or why I would need this type of label.

    This label really doesn't work well as a mailing label should be:

    Contact Name
    Company Name
    Street Address
    City, State, Zip

    I don't mean shipping labels. Just a simple address label to place on a plain envelope. Just take the client name and address and all to print a dymo address label.

    Yes, even to be able to print onto plain paper would be helpful

    The address of the customer in the invoice and estimate forms already lines up properly with the see-through Window on a #10 size Windowed envelope. . . As for the odd label we just copy and past the customers address to a Dymo label.

    We have the same issue. I can't believe there aren't others that need this.
