Pop Up Reminders
Pop up note and/or reminders for customers, inventory and/or vendors. Specifically, I am thinking that a popup would show when an account is selected and will remind/notify the user that there is something that requires attention. Text in the pop up would be up to the users, just need the popup as a feature. Things like customer has outstanding balance or vendor has outstanding RMA or to record product serial number,

We added this for Customers using the Pop Up option in Custom Fields.

John -- This is session based so as to reduce unwanted duplicate pop ups (for instance, if you're updating the same ticket multiple times in a day). The pop up will show again when you have a new browser session.

Great feature, but it seems like the pop-up only occurs once. What about if you'd like to have that alert show up EVERY TIME the customer is brought up UNTIL the message is deleted from the Custom Field?

Thank you for adding this feature to customers, I have recently started using it and really like it. A great way to remind staff about something specific to a client.
Is this something that you might be adding to other parts of the program such as Vendors and maybe inventory? What a great way to make sure that important information is presented when triggered.
