Signature and terms app
Topaz is a dinosaur. Can we start talking about T&C + Signature app. 7" inch tablets are perfect for this and more readily available than topaz devices.
Whats needed:
1) Ability to sync with client device, so that data can be pushed to separate device.
2) show order details
3) show terms
4) show sig line and capture signature function.
this would provide yet another agnostic approach to a very important piece of equipment. Glaxy note 7" tablets are cheap and well suited for signature capture.
any other ideas that could make this better?
We shipped an iPad app to be a “POS Second Screen” and also do the signatures.

Yes! We have RepairShopr on a desktop computer, without a touchscreen and an iPad with PayPal Here App. If there would be a way to push the intake form and service completion signature capture to the iPad, with the terms and info for the customer to read, that would be awesome.

I agree. I'd like to run RS on a Mac at our Apple Store. I don't want to run a pc, just so I can run a topaz signature pad.
Having a dedicated iPad or android tablet which receives the signature line and terms and conditions from the browser running RS would be great.

I agree. Sprint utilizes the same system when activating and selling products and services.

Just to clarify...when I say client device, I'm referring to a server and client sys relationship.
ie. My pos setup we uld include cashier terminal (server) and and a 2nd separate terminal/tablet for customer interaction (client device). All sorts of fun interactive things could become possible with this type of setup
