Modification to View Customer Detail overview data
Love the new Balanced/Invoiced data. Why not have the same open/total information for Tickets and Invoices, too?
Here's a mock-up of my suggestions to add/edit on the View Customer Detail page.

1. Something is wrong with the /Total Invoiced amounts. It's showing way less than what the real total is. Almost like it's the total invoices, as of when this update was rolled out?
2. The field for Balance Open / Total Invoiced doesn't render well with large balances (over $x,xxx.xx / $x,xxx.xx). Maybe make the font size slightly smaller?

How do some of my ideas (like this one) get completed EXACTLY the way I want, but even BETTER ideas (like "Disallow Resolved Tickets from Re-Opening / Customize Reply Window") get denied altogether? ;)

@Greg: Thanks! I agree open ticket are most important. I think having everything customizable would be tough for RS; but I think they'll agree that open tickets and open invoices are critical.

This is a good suggestion, particularly with regard to the open tickets versus total tickets. We don't particularly need to know the total number of tickets completed at first glance, but it would be good to see at a glance if there are any open tickets. The ultimate solution would be to make the boxes configurable so we could choose what to display
