Better signature options on intake form
It would be very beneficial for the stores that use tablets to sign customer's in to have the system handle signatures better. When we go to sign the intake form now, some devices move the screen up and down and just record a dot, and others just record a line drawn. Now that most tablets and phones can support this, is there a way to get the signature field to actively record signatures, with better accuracy? People love the interaction they get when making tickets with us, but they would like to be able to sign there name in a more complete way.

We do support Topaz signature pads, have you taken a look at those already?

Any updates on this? This is currently how we do it with another software package. Looking at switching, but this seems like a big step backwards...

We use an iPad to record signatures for credit card payment and don't want to use more devices to make the customer even more confused. As stated clearly by the person above. This is the way the world works in most repair shops today. I vote YES to this feature.
