show Prepay Hours Balance in customer portal
This is so clients can easily review how many prepay hours they have remaining at any given time quickly & without requesting the information from staff members.

I desperately need something like this. What would make this even better is if it would show a report of the usage.
Info to include:
Date
Invoice number
Hours added or subtracted to account (and a running balance maybe?) -

While I can see the benefit of having the prepay hours shown to a client, I would also like the option to NOT have it shown to the client.
I currently offer some "unlimited" help desk support services. So I just allocate 100 or 1000 hours of prepay time, just to make for easy calculation of the amount of time I've actually used supporting them.
In a way I wish there was another option for "unlimited" support that would show the customer the "hours used" since their contract was last renewed.
