Computer brand and model on customer intake
On the customer intake page add computer brand and model.

This will be accomplished with the new asset tracking system that is almost live – should be ready any day.
(not on customer create, but on ticket create, or from the assets page)

Is this really fixed yet? I can just find custom fields along with the initial ticket comment when printing out. No asset info.Would also be great to have the parts assigned to the ticket shown (if any)

I solved this by adding Ticket Text Box fields, works great.
