Toggle on/off Ticket Timer Meta info
It would be great to be able to toggle on and off the Ticket Timer meta data as we find it causes confusion with some of our clients.
If we could toggle on or off the Tech name, date and time, and only display the timer info
We added a place in settings where you can customize this!

I agree here. Depending on a tech's workflow in how he/she enters time, with time of service being included on the time entry (e.g., 3:45pm - 4:03pm") there can be overlaps that aren't truly reflective of what work was done when and for how long, which is hard to explain to a client who combs through every line item on an invoice (which, of course, is their right). Manually removing the time duration from every time entry when invoicing is a time suck.
Also, from our previous system (inhouse-built ticketing system with timers imported into QuickBooks), our clients were accustomed to seeing the ticket title as the first thing on each time entry on their invoice, instead of it (in RepairShopr) being buried at the end of the time entry, with the former being helpful to them when trying to assess total time spent on each project that involves multiple time entries.
So for us, ticket title and date of service are the only meta data we want displayed before the time entry content.
