Parts status on ticket screen
We order many parts from many different vendors for many different customers.
Moving from one screen to another to check the status of the parts separate from the ticket is a bit time consuming and can be confusing if trying to juggle multiple customers at once.
It'd be nice to have an optional module on the ticket page so we can see the status of the part (if it has been ordered, if it arrived, etc).

I agree with this. If anything, when ordering a part, there should be an option to "Create Public Note on Ticket" or "Create Private Note on Ticket" so that when when you are looking at the ticket, you can see when the part was ordered and know that it was in fact ordered without going back to the parts order screen!

@Seby for your case the "Actions - Parts Status" link will show what you are describing. For the more complicated case of checking a whole bunch of different tickets quickly, this could make sense - we'll probably wait a little while for a Ticket page refresh to get this done.

I was just getting ready to create a suggestion for this. I really need to see a list of parts ordered for any particular ticket, and the status of the parts. For example, I currently have a ticket with 5 different parts ordered for it. It's cumbersome to try and keep in mind how many of those parts have actually arrived and which haven't. Since the part already show what ticket they are associated with, how difficult would be to just add a list of parts associated with the ticket?
