Email option to send PDF instead of link to online profile
When I fill out an invoice and press the 'email' button it sends the customer an email saying
"Hi customer
Your invoice is attached.
View your account profile online: Online Profile"
And the customer must press a link to go to their online profile.
Could you instead set up the email button to send the same
"Hi customer
Your invoice is attached"
However instead of an online link, include the pdf invoice as an attachment email?
My customers much prefer a pdf invoice rather than an online portal, and at the moment I'm having to save each pdf to my desktop, then write up a custom email to each customer and attach the invoice which takes a lot of time and doesn't flag repairshopr that i've sent an email to that customer.
You could also set something up similar to tickets where the template is editable, it should be a fairly easy feature to implement

You're correct it does too, sorry one of my customers said it didnt.
Is there a way I can auto-populate the 'custom invoice message' when I go to send the email so i dont have to type it in every time?
