We are using RepairShopr as a repair facility for amplifiers and keyboards. We are going to start grabbing photos when the unit comes in, and make them available to the customer. The default of public would be good. Also a video attachment would be a good idea too. Especially to let the customer listen to the sounds it is making (or the horrible sounds it is not making after repair).
