An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Damien commentedWe have a similar problem - when a customer brings in a machine for service and they decide to buy something at that time, the retail staff (not thinking clearly) create an invoice on that ticket and pay it out, this automatically changes the status to invoiced and the technicians then overlook the job. It becomes apparent that it's been missed once the customer calls looking for their machine! I know it's hard to code for errant user behaviour but if the changing of status could be turned off it would give us a method of controlling outcomes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Damien commentedWe sell quantites of several items that range from 1 to 20. We have made items in inventory for 1x, 2x & 5x of these products to reduce the issue but it's painful and a bit backwards.
If we had the ability to change quantity in the POS window we could clean out our inventory of these extra, non-sensical inventory items & would only need the one barcode for each item...
This is quite an oversight...Damien supported this idea ·
This is still an issue for us - auto status changes frequently cause problems with jobs disappearing from technician lists...
