Even better to add a drop down multi-selector to filter for specific service (Inventory) items.
Example: I want a list of all clients who's last system tune-up or malware removal was completed between 6-18 months. I set the date range of "Last Service Performed" and select "Tune Up" and "Malware Removal" in the Inventory pull-down and hit Run. I can view the list, export it or create a new customer list and use Marketr to send a reminder that their computer is due for maintenance.

Also, a CC: feature on the Invoice email would be great too; in case the invoice also needs to go to the business accountant or partner for review.

Yes this is a challenge. I created 5 worksheets on cleanup ticket (3 public and 2 private), and had to add them one at a time and save each time so they were in the proper order on the Ticket. However, when they get printed to my Invoice ticket notes, they appear in REVERSE order. Confusing ofr the client.
