    I would agree with this. Automatically creating an appointment for the due date would save an extra job when processing a ticket.

    I think this would be a wonderful idea. I love repairshopr but it would be good to be able to include jobs that are not directly related to a ticket like "vacuum floor " or "clean kitchen" or "buy milk" or whatever, as well as "contact xxx to order parts" (maybe automatically created when a part related to that supplier goes below the set amount) or "phone xxx to discuss repair" etc. That way you (and employees) can see in one place everything they are expected to complete in that day. and the days coming up.
