    "popup" to a customer... Does not take effect when generating an invoice.
    This feature only works when searching or listing a client from the "Customers" tab.

    Hey Chris I was looking at the same item, obviously this is an old post but find the below for you or future people like me trying to find this feature.

    Goto -> Settings -> Administration -> Reports -> Tickets -> Ticket Pending Charges
