    I agree. I constantly have customers reply to my invoice emails upset that they have a link to pay online but they can't see the actual invoice before paying. Every time this happens I have to try to walk them through how to find the attachment. There must be a better way to at least have the invoice details visible in the body of the email, or have the thumbnail of the attached PDF in the body of the email so that the recipient has some visual indication that the full details of their invoice are available to them.
