    I have the same exact problem. Customer service sent me a very generic response outlining how to properly set-up a customized/triggered e-mail via Marketr. BS. I set it for 3 days and not only did it, in fact, do the 3-day trigger but it started e-mailing EVERYONE. Ugh.
