  1. Recurring appointments

    We currently have several MSP clients. Some we see once a month and some twice a week. We run a monthly container ticket for these customers meaning they have one ticket for the entire month and then are billed at the end of the month. It would be nice to be able to automate appointments for these tickets especially for the customers that have fixed weekly appointments.

  2. Create a button for employees without special permissions to check their timelog

    Right now, I've got several employees that have to check their specific timelog by going to repairshopr.com/timelogs. While we managed to figure this out by playing around with addresses, it would be very helpful to have a button that allows non-admin employees to simply check their own hours clocked in.

    The Default bar-code on intake forms is to the customer phone number, Should be to the exact ticket it refers to.

  4. Ability to breakup bulk items ordered from vendor into individual inventory items

    I need the PO to equal the item at the vendor, but the vendor will have
    lots on sale that are specifically designed for single use resale.

    Memory
    Cleaning supplies
    Keyboards
    Mice
    USB Memory
    SDcard memory

    The list goes on and on.

  5. Make it possible to Export in XML / UBL. This becomes more standart in Europe instead of CSV of PDF.

    We would like to export our files to our ONEA platform for the accountancy export. UBL/XML is the best way to do so. It would be nice if this would be possible in ReapirShopr

  6. Create Customer Purchases from Customer Assets

    I realize this has been a subset of other suggestions a number of times, but all of those seem to be marked as "Completed."

    First of all, Kudos to the team for getting the first round of Refurb Processing live! Now If I could just use it in a way that makes sense to me.

    Doing multiple things at once as I tend to do, I wanted to do the following:

    1. Get all of the Custom Fields set up for monitors (finally)
    2. Create an Asset that is a monitor (Reclaimed/Donated)
    3. "Purchase" the Monitor(Asset) with all of the fields and data…

  7. Develop the wiki more

    We would like to see some development on the Wiki. It is just screaming to be used for general client specific documentation. If we could have an editable template(s) to apply to all clients, and fill in the information, I would be in love. Easy image uploads for pictures of equipment as well. We also need this information to be secure with at rest encryption.

  8. sms selector, instead of sms enable.

    Could I make a feature request?
    To add a field to label mobile numbers with a friendly name.
    Then instead of the enable sms button as just “enable”, “disable”. Make it
    a selector between “mobile 1”, “mobile 2”, and “disable”.
    This will be very handy.

  9. Generate Serial Numbers

    We have been using RepairShopr for years and love it. Recently our Cell Phone supplier has stopped putting serial numbers on the items shipped. It would be awesome if RepairShopr could generate a serial number to use while checking an item in.

  10. Inventory Quantity In Product Detail page

    It would be nice to have the quantity of an item listed on the Product Detail page. Currently if I go directly to a product, I can't see how many I have in stock without backing to another page that shows quantities.

    It would be convenient if it was listed right there on the Product Detail page.

  11. Separate Labor, Parts, Shop Supplies totals at the end of the ticket, estimate, or invoice.

    Hello, Many insurance companies, and customers are used to seeing a separation of labor ,parts, and misc charges totaled at the end of their estimates or invoices. It appears that, currently, there is no way to have parts, labor, and misc charges automatically represented a the end of the paperwork. It would be great to have this.

  12. Instant Ticket Automations

    In our workflow we mark repairs as "ready for pickup" status and then use an automation to notify the customer it is ready. It would be great if the customers could get an instant notification in case were about to close or it's a phone repair. No one wants to wait an hour when they don't have to and it's a pain to always do this manually.

  13. filter time clock per employee or week

    I think it would be great if it were possible to filter the time clock entries by employee or by week. That way you could see all the entries made by one employee, which would be convenient for payroll.

  16. Consignment

    I would like to know if it would be possible to do a consignment section in Repair Shopr. We sell outdoor power equipment and take things in from customer that we can sell and take a percentage but when we do this we also do a complete inspection and take the cost of the service and parts out of the sale price. I like the customer purchase screen but don't want it to show that the store made a several thousand dollar profit when it didn't. Is there a way to set up a consignment feature to sell other peoples…

    I have a pretty big feature request, that I feel the entire user base could make great use of!

    We hit a pretty big roadblock recently, particularly in the option to add multiple discounts to invoices.

    Primarily, Specific types of Invoice line items, such as Labor.

    I’m sure as all of us who use this platform know, We all offer Labor services, and Hardware items, in a few, if not many different flavors and types.

  19. Estimates Views and Filtering

    In the Estimate page, give options for filtering out Invoiced Estimate or check boxes to filter which estimates you need to see. Current sorting is not ideal for us. I would just like to a way to see only Approved but not yet Invoiced, and also Not Approved and Not Invoiced, and a show all when needed.

  20. DISABLE Customer Ability to REMOVE Stored Credit Cards in PORTAL

    We're having issues with our contracted clients randomly and "accidentally" removing stored CC's from the customer portal. The ability to add cards makes sense, but since they can't choose which card is being billed (and therefore require us getting involved to adjust that), can we PLEASE have an option to disable removing cards from the portal?

    This should exist as a global option in Admin settings (override all), as well as a setting on the individual schedule or customer. I know the disable option exists when there's a "contract", but our clients are under an indefinite term (unless manually cancelled)…
