could we have a suggested reorder report? this is based on months sales of inventory. or the facility to change the length the report looks at, weekly sales monthly etc. eg if we have sold 8 iphone 6 screens in a month? suggested reorder report would tell us we need to hold 8 screens or 2 a week etc etc

Give us an option to filter by vendor
We buy from multiple vendors and when we search an item there is no easy way to see who the vendor is for each item

stop making the whole page refresh when changing the prices of an item.
When entering in products into an invoice and then go to change all the prices on them, the invoice page refreshes every time. When I've entered in 20 products it slows down the process by waiting for the page to refresh all the content at a time.

Requesting Store Stock group option for secondary group.
We use RepairShopr to track a lot of store stock repair progress as well. We were originally going to create an additional location, but obviously that increases the monthly fee. So instead of a "Store Stock" group option could be added so we can separate our store stock repairs from customer repairs, that would be extremely helpful.

Additional Customer Search fields
It would be very helpful to be able to create customer searches that can search against contracts as well as recurring invoices based on what line items are included.
For example, I want to send an email blast to all customers on a certain level of monthly service agreement. Ideally, I would create a search filter that says "find any customer with a [recurring invoice / general subscription / ...] with [this/these product(s)] as line items".
Or, "find any customer has a contract with [word/phrase] in the name."Some basic boolean logic would help too to allow multiple inputs separated…

Enable SMS For Customer For New Tickets Within App
When you create a new customer within the app it would be nice to be able to enable SMS and have the SMS sent to the customer when a new ticket is created as it does when you create a ticket in the web browser.

Make it possible to disable default email notifications
I am working on implementing slack and trying to improve communication efficiency in a smaller shop. The default email notifications are becoming redundant and I would love the ability to toggle them off individually or change their settings to use web hooks, etc.
An example default notification is that the tech assigned to a ticket receives an email when the customer responds via email to their ticket.

Remove items from ticket dashboard
Would like to remove things like customer reply and ticket stats on the main ticket dashboard
On a 50" screen this consumes almost 50%
I want my guys to just see new, in progress, waiting on customer and waiting on parts

Ticket Timer - Add to Automation
There isn't currently a condition to check if the ticket has had a timer applied on the ticket automation.
This is definitely something that would be pretty useful. Then we can check if thats the case, and change a ticket automatically to In Progress from New.

inventory condition
I would like to have the inventory condition listed on the inventory label. This way when I override the price on the product instance page for a "used" condition to a lower price I can know why this specific part is priced lower than the others.

Send Invoices from a Different E-mail Address
billing@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com, etc.
It would be nice to be able to setup different "send mail as" accounts in RepairShopr. When we e-mail customers "Open Invoice Reminders" it shows up as a lead when they reply because it is going to our support@ address. It isn't a lead, they just want to know if we have received their payment in the mail yet.

Hidden info in Manual Items for Esitmates
When creating an estimate, sometimes I will add an item that I don't want to put all of the specifics in. This helps if we do the leg work for a custom build and we think a client might go buy the parts on their own after we research it for them. So we might put 2gb Graphics Card $119. It would be nice to have a spot we could put the exact model of the item that the client can't see, and other info. The work around is to put this in the "Tech Notes" But it would be…
