Leads - Notes
It would be great to be able to add notes to a Lead, why can't you do this easily?
EG: A lead comes in and a staff member contacts the lead, where do they put in some notes about what was spoken about?

Lead notes would be extremely useful. Lack of a notes field hurts us for sure.

Absolutely, i'm experiencing the same thing, I'm not ready to turn the lead into a customer yet but want to make some notes as to the conversation
