If there's a coupon / loyalty tool that has a good API we can use we'd love to know about it to see what's possible. I looked at Collect for Business and didn't see this..

I'm a new customer and generally enjoying most features - still working out some of them, but that's usual. One thing I have noticed though with Repairshopr is that you appear to be trying to do EVERYTHING yourselves and I wonder if sometimes it's just better to look at what's already out there and simply connect to it via API?
This is a prime example... why not connect with something like 'collect for business'.. not only a reward system, but also a promotion system and can create all manner of coupon rewards. Why reinvent the wheel so many times unless you believe the wheel is inherently square?
Here's another great reason for using 3rd party apps to handle these typoes of things... online business!
Many if us have online trading too... 3rd party apps mean we get to blend all our interactions to singular systems... not updating csv files daily all over the place and taking up more of our time than it's worth.... just a thought

Currently we mail out coupons through the post office, our biggest thing is reaching out to get new customers. We have gained so many through word of mouth. I think we would like to see this as one for you and one for a friend coupon, ( we have only done coupons off service work no merchandise) or possibly as a referral program they receive something after referring in so many new customers.

It would also be nice to have a loyalty program to be able to give a discount or something like a free service or product to a person after so many services of a certain kind. So maybe tie it like the warranty templates to a certain product?

Having a more full featured, defined way of adding/creating multiple coupons with the ability to track the number that was generated, would be a fantastic addition. In my mind, it would be nice to have a lot more options for creating coupons, and to know how many people were emailed coupons in my batch - so as to track how many and what percentage come back. Adding this in with some form of defined loyalty program would be a great addition to the software.

This feature would be an awesome addition to RepairShopr! Nikolas touched on everything I would like to see.

The biggest thing is coupon tracking and code generation. We want to make sure a coupon is only used once and is not shared or posted online, unless it comes directly from us to the customer.

We would probably use these via email promotions, although being able to print them out to hand out to customers would be great as well.

I think design should be customizable, with store information, logo, and promotion details. Coupon types would range from a monetary $$$ off to percentage based discounts. Or free XXXXX item/service with purchase of XXXX item/service
