I NEED an alternative sign in Method, Prefer Smart Card
I have a significant number of people that use a single account. These are my "service writers". Production has asked me to add the ability to note who actually created the ticket, for better situation management. Of course I can do this, I just need to add more users. These folks are not highly computer literate, and Getting them to remember log in methods, pins, etc is a pain. I NEED a simple way for them to log in. My preferred method is smart cards, since we already issue them for building access. RFID is also an option. We could also print a special bar code on their ID's. SO that is an option. It needs to be point and shoot for the user. This is an extremely fast paced manufacturing environment. Many of these people come and go so this would greatly simplify my life as admin of the repair system.
