Notification by Ticket Issue Type
We would like to see an option/filter in the Notification Center for Ticket Issue Type.
Use Case:
Our technicians are split into in-shop and field service groups. We have Ticket Issue Types defined to keep in-shop and field service tickets separated. However when defining a notification for ticket created, there is currently no way to use the Ticket Types so that in-shop techs aren't notified about field tickets and field techs aren't notified about in-shop tickets.
