"Customer Purchases" doesnt work like i would like it to. My issue apparently cant be solved in a ticket either, I may post that seperately. I take in used equipment in which
I buy from customers, take trade-ins, buy at auction,or find on the street corner. I then dismantle the assets and put used parts into inventory. I have attempted this process in repaIrshopr using both customer purchases and tickets to no avail. Customer purchase parts do not show up in inventory, plus id need the ability to select part numbers already on file.Tickets do not allow for sale of negative quantities which i would prefer if possible. before RS i used negative quantities in tickets/repair orders frequently. This should at least be an option to toggle on/off, not "Quantity must be greater than or equal to 0 "!
