give some love to returns manager functionality and ease of use
Specifically regarding the returns manager, not any other function.
You can search all things through "search all the things" but that still doesn't do anything remotely viable where the returns manager is concerned.
When you search for the items in the returns manager to restock, return, manipulate it however, it doesn't pop up unless you find the name of the item itself and then sift through the results.
You can search for specific indicating numbers or searchable (...what SHOULD be searchable) terms to pull up specific items without having to search for a generic line item and sifting through the results listed to find the one you're looking for. The individual items have that information like ticket numbers and everything there, it's just seemingly not indexed by the search within the returns manager itself and is harder to find.
Separately, when you click the link to go to the returns manager for that item, it doesn't even filter out specifically that item.. it just links to the return manager and you still have to go through all the items in there regardless. Gadget Grave has a ton of returns in various departments all the time, making this feature incredibly time consuming and tedious to use.
This is moreso a feedback suggestion relating more specifically to UI development in the returns manager module and the user experience therein, no other functions :D I am happy to demo this in front of someone personally via remote meeting or something as necessary!!
Thank you for your time!

We really need returns to have easily accessible notes. There is always a reason for a return and it does not seem like it’s required to leave one. This, coupled with the troubles listed above makes it nigh impossible to properly notate and locate a return.
