I recently had a difficult time getting paid due to the charge being held up by Vantiv because my amount charged was large and was flagged in their system. I was asked to provide an invoice with a signature, but since the customer paid online, and was never prompted for a signature, I didn't have it. I had to physically go on-site and get one. Also the customer's name and address didn't match their business address and so it was flagged again. I would like the customer to be able to enter the correct billing address during checkout. Most other online payment systems allow this (aside from the signature part). Is anything like this in the pipeline?
