Beta site, adding time to a comment. The time spent field below the visible comment section is gone. Our techs use this feature to add time to a comment so that the customer can attribute time to individual post.
Super helpful when the support consist of multiple days.
Please put that feature back. We almost never use the time log.

I use this all time time when a ticket was fast; there was no time to start the time log, finish, etc. Being able to type what we did and slap in the minutes is a huge time saver. Please bring this back.

(ADD MANUAL LABOR)
It is more intuitive and one less step to include this when adding a comment. Both of our shops did not respond well to this being moved. Well continue to use the original site and hope that this feature is moved back and included with the new site.
Aside from that, it looks really nice. I think it will be great moving forward. Keep up the good work.
