It allows you to setup a slash command to talk to your account.

    Hi Troy, I know that this is an old update and comment, but hopefully you'll still see it. I found this because I was searching for this function and have only found that this works when you also wish the update to be emailed to the customer. I would very much like to be able to use this function with private/internal comments as well as customer facing comments. Is this a function that I simply do not know how to use or that could be added? Thank you!
