I've wanted this since day one. I posted it but didn't get any votes. My solution was something very similar to QuoteWerks. But I just wanted something like looked better and had the ability for the customer to tick optional upgrades. Definitely like the idea. Can you add more detail to how it would function @Ken? Like, specified items would be recommended to add, based on existing items on the estimate (prompt for AV software if Virus Removal service is present, etc.)

Honestly, what you are talking about is something that Best Buy already has and it is part of there POS system. I worked there for 4 years so I know there systems inside and out.

Instead of it just being in the estimate page, it would be included in the POS as well. This could work off of tags or off of the products themselves. Maybe a few if, then, statements in the product creation tool.

Can we expand on this? I'd like to see an option on invoicing/POS/estimates where we can not only have upsells, but anything, such as Environmental Handling Fees, combination part/labour (Input part, labour comes up)

I believe that it should not only be item by item, but also allow to set a 'default' on each category. For example, a category of Monitors -> New would have the item 'EHF - Monitor under 29"' appended to it.

This would be a very helpful feature and may even have the option in an invoice for a last minute upsell.
