As we continue to move exclusively into business service, I'd love to utilize the online scheduling/calendar feature, but it's so sparse. I understand I could tie it together with create a ticket, then choose a time, but we've started using AgileCRM and they have a great calendar widget we're starting to utilize, but I'd prefer keeping everything in one system if possible. I need to be able to have the option for more than just "choose an hour". There should be at least 15, 30, 60 min, ability ti include 'travel' time if it's indicated as somewhere other than my office.
