Reseller and customer to see ticket at same time
We repair items for resellers and in our case both the reseller and the customer wants to see the tickets.
Basically, our reseller wants to see all their customer tickets while the customers should only be able to see their individual ticket.
One way could be an option to add an external ticket-viewer within each ticket, if it would be possible to send an email with ticket-url in view-only mode.
E.g. when editing a ticket a button/field saying "add ticket follower/viewers/customer" or something similar.
Personally don't have the need to add each customer in our database because for us our resellers are the customers in the database, their customers are just external viewers/followers to see their ticket.
Would be great if something that could help with this could be added, I surely can't be the only one with this issue :)

I've solved this by having "big chain" and using "locations" as our resellers, so basically "location 1" would be "reseller 1" and then all tickets belonging to "reseller 1" will be created in "location 1". However I got another issue, which is that "reseller 2" can find tickets belonging to "reseller 1" by searching ticketnumbers, so would need solution for following request: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/16966003-security-groups-view-their-ticket-remove-sea
