Add a button that allows you to go to customer wiki from tickets
I would like a button on the ticket that allows you to go directly to their wiki page. We are trying to encourage use of it and this would help.
Hey everyone, I’m happy to announce that you are now able to easily get to the Customer Wiki from within a ticket. Now all you have to do is click Action > Customer Wiki to navigate there! No more having to jump around!

Hey folks,
I just wanted to post an update on this. I moved it to under review for now. We see how adding a more direct link could speed things up and make the Wiki more useful in workflows. Thanks for the suggestion!

Would be great to be able to have a tree structure in the Wiki page and be able to 'drag and drop' documents into the Wiki page

Agreed. Without this, accessing the wiki is extremely clunky and deters our techs from even wanting to adopt it.
