It would also be nice to be able to create a saved set of reports that we could view under one menu for doing in office presentations or when working with vendors. This way we can go right to what we want to share in the formate we want to share it without incidentally coming across data that might not be for public eyes.

Several of the MSP metric might fall into this grouping. Showing ticket solved and times in a staff meeting without showing $$ values. That should be a quick filter option, check the box to hide totals for $$

So the problem is that "Net Revenue" by staff isn't accurate when all your invoice generation is done by automatic invoice & accounting staff. Our techs do not create invoices but I still need to see how profitable they are. What we need is to see the revenue generated by work they have done.

I have seen how to pull the hours but it would be nice to have it in a more graphical report that we can quickly at a glance see the amount of hours and dollars each technician has generated.

Parts would be both inventory and one-off parts. The commission report does help once items are invoiced. Still graphics in Domo would be nice.

Most of all it would be helpful to be able to see uninvoiced items on the reports as an option of course. We bulk invoice on the 1st and 15th of the month because we don't want to overwhelm our customers with what would sometimes be 100 invoices a day. We could really use the data before it is invoiced to see where we are financially. Thx

We already have profit by tech, we call it "Net Revenue" by Staff.

We have a CSV of the ticket time tracking in reports section, we can see about adding to domo.

Parts revenue you mean inventory/products sales or "parts orders" the one-off items?

Could the commission report in the app do the parts revenue bit?
